We are so happy that Amy (Diary of a Quilter) persevered with her evocative Modern Maples quilt and we just love it that our Ruby Red fabrics have been part of such cooperative teamwork: Amy and family, Emily Sessions and … well, have a read about the journey and a look at all the lovely pics. Here’s just a detail:
Jacqui popped in to see us with her variation of the Oakshott City Lights quilt, so we took a quick photo. The kit is normally sold with Lipari/Colourshott fabrics. Jacqui has used the Ruby Reds.
We are huge fans of the inspirational work done by Lucia of Bosna Quilts, Bregenz, Austria and love her view of Oakshott Ruby Reds as a work in progress:

Ursel Josefs-Kirschbaum has posted a stunning picture of her new quilt (Oakshott Go Around) using Ruby Reds and New Colourshott on her Flickr stream (plus a couple of construction shots).
New free pattern and step-by-step tutorial for the Modern Crosses quilt, as shown at the 2014 Festival of Quilts, is on the Without Pins website. It is shown here in its original Oakshott Air fabric (no longer available) along with a new colour-example made up as a cushion in Ruby Reds.
